1. Branch Manager (AIB) – Alternate / Islamic Banking
Reporting to: Regional Head
Place of Posting: Lahore (and other major cities as required)
Educational / Professional Qualification
- Minimum graduation or equivalent from an HEC-recognized local or international university/college.
- Candidates having Commerce or Islamic Banking certification / degree or diploma will be preferred.
Experience
- Minimum 08 years of overall banking experience, with at least 03 years as Branch Manager—preferably in Islamic Banking.
Required Skills and Expertise
- Strong knowledge of Islamic banking operations, Shariah compliance, AML/CFT, and SBP regulations.
- Excellent customer relationship management and communication skills.
- Proficiency in business development and branch affairs management.
- Team leadership and performance monitoring capability.
- Good analytical, interpersonal, and decision-making abilities.
Main Duties / Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, AML, and Shariah guidelines across all branch operations.
- Develop business portfolios, manage deposits, and achieve branch targets.
- Maintain KYC documentation and monitor transactions for AML compliance.
- Ensure reconciliation of GL heads and outstanding items within timelines.

- Candidates having Commerce or Islamic Banking certification / diploma will be preferred.
Experience
- Minimum 08 years of banking experience including 03 years in operations or branch coordination.
Required Skills and Expertise
- In-depth knowledge of branch operations, AML/CFT, and SBP regulations.
- Excellent coordination, communication, and analytical skills.
- Strong command of MS Office and banking applications.
- Ability to manage large teams, perform audits, and ensure process compliance.
Main Duties / Responsibilities
- Coordinate with Area and Regional Offices for smooth operational functions.
- Monitor cash insurance, branch risk assessment, and control environment.
- Oversee implementation of bank policies, circulars, and SOPs across branches.
- Ensure compliance with SBP regulations, audit observations, and service quality standards.
- Act as liaison between branches and operations divisions for query resolution.
- Supervise the Hajj coordination process and physical cash management functions.

3. Branch Operations Manager (OG-I / OG-II)
Reporting to: Regional Operations Coordinator / Wing Head
Place of Posting: Karachi and other metropolitan areas
Educational / Professional Qualification
- Minimum graduation or equivalent from a recognized institution.
- Candidates holding a Master’s degree or Islamic Banking certification will be preferred.
Experience
- Minimum 06 years of relevant branch banking experience; preference for candidates from metropolitan cities.
Required Skills and Expertise
- Comprehensive knowledge of SBP Prudential Regulations and branch operations procedures.
- Expertise in deposit mobilization, cash management, and clearing operations.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in audit, internal control, and financial reconciliation.
- Capability to manage multi-tasking teams and meet deadlines.
Main Duties / Responsibilities
- Supervise daily branch operations to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to timelines.

4. General Banking Officer (OG-III)
Reporting to: Branch Operations Manager / Branch Manager
Place of Posting: Sheikhupura, Gujrat, Mardan, Rahim Yar Khan, and surrounding districts
Educational / Professional Qualification
- Minimum graduation or equivalent from an HEC-recognized institution.
- Master’s degree or Islamic Banking certification will be preferred.
Experience
- Minimum 03 years of general banking experience including cash handling and account maintenance.
Required Skills and Expertise
- Knowledge of retail and branch banking operations.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and banking software.
- Understanding of AML/CFT, KYC, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Accuracy, teamwork, and ability to meet service turnaround time (TAT) targets.
Main Duties / Responsibilities
- Handle routine branch banking functions including cash, clearing, and remittances.
- Ensure accuracy in deposits, withdrawals, and account maintenance.
- Assist customers with queries and promote cross-selling of banking products.
- Monitor and report suspicious transactions in line with compliance procedures.
- Process account opening, closing, and KYC updates in accordance with policy.
- Support branch management during audits and inspections.
